In this exciting 30 minute presentation, children's author-illustrator and musical performer Brent Vernon brings his characters and creativity to life using music, puppetry, and interactive storytelling. During each assembly, Brent encourages kids to use their talents in positive and creative ways.

No matter the time of year, Storytime+ is a joyful presentation that aims to foster a sense of wonder in young imaginations. Beyond the presentation itself, Brent is always ready to entertain any questions the kids might have about writing, art, or puppetry.

For school events, we ask that pre-order forms be sent home with the students prior to Brent's visit. You may download this form or create your own. Feel free to invite parents to check out Brent's books online prior to his arrival. Brent would be happy to sign and personalize any books ordered by the students following the presentation.

The Gingerbrood storybooks are fun-filled tales with wonderful messages about cooperation and finding one's place in life. Brent shares openly about his faith during his regular family concerts, but his public school and library presentations are not religious in nature.
